At Industrial Safety Products, we stand behind the quality of our safety gear and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our safety compliance team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Equipment

  Ensure all items are unused, in original condition, and include all safety certifications, tags, and manuals before securely sealing the package.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our central distribution warehouse.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies that the equipment meets safety resale standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
